I carry a handmade stamp that says ‘Del.’ I ask people if they want to join. In Danish, the word ‘Del’ means both ‘to share’ and ‘a part.’ We are all parts of the whole, and sharing is caring.
At the exhibition, visitors could receive a stamp for free. Alternatively, they could purchase their own stamp and influence who becomes part of the project in the future.
Del was first shown at the group exhibition ‘Merchandise, Memorabilia og Moneter’, Skjold Contemporary, Copenhagen, DK.
I carry my stamp with me and share it when it feels suitable.
